Fabiola Robayo, ESQ.

Attorney Robayo is originally from Puerto Rico. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a concentration on International Business from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Attorney Robayo continued her studies at Florida Coastal School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctor Degree with a legal specialty in international and Comparative Law. While in law school, Attorney Robayo was part of the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and the Family Law Clinic.

Attorney Robayo has over 6 years of experience in a wide range of immigration matters such as removal proceedings, waivers, family-based cases, appeals, business immigration, citizenship, and more. She will serve as your trusted source of legal advice, professional representation, and strategic planning

Jose Taveria, ESQ.

Immigration Attorney

Jose Taveira has been practicing immigration law since 2018, concentrating on asylum, credible fear and reasonable fear interviews, family-based immigration, naturalization, and citizenship. Since 2018, he has also worked with the Department of Homeland Security’s Asylum Unit, gaining valuable experience in the adjudication of protection claims and asylum procedures.

Mr. Taveira earned his Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business. He is admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar and is authorized to represent clients in immigration proceedings nationwide.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Mr. Taveira ensures his clients are informed, heard, and empowered at every stage of their legal journey. His passion for immigration law is rooted in a deep understanding of the challenges immigrants face and a genuine commitment to helping them achieve stability and opportunity in the United States.

Michelle Tineo

Michelle, as our Intake Specialist, she’s the first person clients speak to, whether it’s your initial consultation or a first-time screening, Michelle’s calm, compassionate approach helps clients feel supported from day one. She’s fluent in both English and Spanish! 

Originally from Venezuela, Michelle brings over eight years of experience in immigration services and a personal connection to the work she does. As an immigrant herself, she understands the stress, emotion, and courage involved in every case. That’s why she takes the time to listen, guide, and connect with each person on a human level. 

Outside of work, Michelle loves to travel , never misses a good concert , and fully embraces the joy of a cozy movie night with snacks .

Hi! I’m Cecilia, and I’ve been proudly working in the immigration field for over 8 years. My passion for this work runs deep—not just because it’s my job, but because I’ve lived the immigrant experience myself. I know how overwhelming and emotional the legalization process can be, and I’m dedicated to supporting others on their journey with compassion, empathy, and expertise.

My goal is to make a complex process feel more human—guiding families and individuals with patience, empathy, and care every step of the way.

With over 8 years of experience in management and customer service, I bring a deep passion for client care and a strong commitment to getting things done right.

Originally from Puerto Rico and now based in Miami, I understand firsthand how challenging the immigration process can be. That’s why I approach every case with compassion, empathy, and the belief that no one should feel alone during such a critical time.

• Born in December, but a summer soul who thrives in beach weather.
